What's an ACEO?
ACEO stands for Art Card Editions & Originals, an umbrella term generally covering both original artwork cards and reproduction printed cards, all at the traditional size of 2½ X 3½ inch (63 X 89 mm).
What do you charge for postage?
I charge one flat fee for postage, no matter how many cards you buy:
UK - £1,
EU Airmail - £2
US & rest of the world Airmail - £3
Click on "More Destinations" and then use the dropdown box to find your country if it's not showing it on the listing.
All cards & prints come in a plastic sleeve, carefully packaged with recycled cardboard.
**If eCrater overcharges your p&p, I will refund the difference**
How long will it take to receive my order?
Normally within a few days if you're a UK resident, and normally within 2 weeks if you're in the EU or the US/Canada, but always allow up to four weeks wherever you are. I always despatch within 2 business days of receiving payment.
What forms of payment do you take?
All the usual card payments can be made via Paypal (see bottom FAQ) - you don't need an account with them to make a payment using their checkout system.
Google Checkout is also an option if you prefer to use them.
Why can't I select the type of cardstock I want for my print?
Unfortunately, eCrater's store setup doesn't allow individual items to have options on them. You can include a note during your Paypal checkout to tell me which you prefer, or I'll email you on receipt of your order to ask.
Failing any of that, I'll supply whichever cardstock I feel looks best for that subject.
